Leadership Compass

ABOUT

Already ranked the world’s third most liveable city, it was Auckland’s aim was to lead the international rankings. 

To get there, the Council needed to harness the power that is their own workforce. They needed to engage, influence, inform and inspire their own leaders. The leadership compass toolkit successfully launched the leadership framework to the Council’s leaders. 

For maximum impact, black and white text and a formal structure was replaced with colour, bold copy and bringing an energy that flowed throughout to inspire change. This immediately cut through, telling leaders that this programme was more focused, more dynamic and a whole lot more passionate.

A smaller ‘book within a book’ was included to add real weight to the vision the leaders are driving towards.
